Inspired by her personal experience, including her involvement in the Harvey Weinstein case, and with the knowledge gained through years of work and study in the field of psychology, Dr. Roberts is a powerful advocate in several areas. She is particularly passionate about advocacy work involving female and feminine embodiment, the psychology of emotions, aesthetics and empathy, reproductive health, justice, and wellness, and sexual objectification and sexualization as forms of gender discrimination in school settings, the workplace, the performing arts, and jails and prisons.
